March SickKids Puzzle Presentation & Hospital Donation

As SickKids helps patients globally battle medical crises, the organization faces its own battle; the limits of a 70+ year old building. That’s why Brevitas is proud to support SickKids with a $500 donation to help fund their initiative to build a new hospital and explore new methodologies in medicine. Investments like these are what help the organization expand initiatives that build capacity both at home and across the globe.
The Brevitas team virtually sat down for lunch with the SickKids team to learn more about their initiatives. SickKids delivered information via an engaging Puzzle Presentation that presented core concepts in a digestible format. Using intriguing visuals to represent connections and processes in their organization, they told a story about their vision, “Healthier Children. A Better World.”
In 2025, SickKids aims to hone their specialized health care directed at each individual’s needs as opposed to the traditional one-size-fits-all approach in medicine. Six strategic directions guide them:
- Individualize child and youth health care
- Create a seamless child and family experience
- Ensure quality and accountability in everything we do
- Unleash the talent of our people
- Drive financial sustainability
- Build an academic health sciences centre for the future
It was our pleasure to meet the friendly SickKids team and have them guide us through their educational Puzzle Presentation. We can’t wait to find out how they will continue to deliver unprecedented outcomes and improve the lives of children everywhere.
