His comprehensive knowledge of quality systems includes deviations, CAPAs, complaints, change management, quality audits (internal and supplier), batch record review/approval, document management and facilities design. Trevor has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory intelligence and applicable standards, development (including pilot plant and analytical methods) and manufacturing of biologics and medical devices.

Anil Peer, P.Eng., CMC, PMP, SSBB has over 33 years of experience in the areas of program & project management, operations management, and continuous improvement. He has worked in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and chemical manufacturing. Anil has led the establishment of Project Management Offices (PMO) and organizational change management processes, with hands-on experience in managing capital projects execution. He has led facilities upgrades, LIMS implementation, including instrument integration, document management systems, quality improvement initiatives, and process improvement projects.

Her areas of specialization include project management, commissioning and validation of GMP equipment and systems, and continuous process improvement in manufacturing operations. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing her to effectively influence and liaise with cross-functional teams, client representatives and external contractors to meet business objectives. Helen is highly adaptable and has worked closely with people from diverse backgrounds, including international work experience in Europe and the USA.

Maurice has held roles in production, manufacturing, and quality. He has extensive knowledge of contamination control, environmental monitoring cleaning, quality sterility assurance, HVAC PQs, and review of various technical documents.

Mark is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, including 12 years supporting the pharmaceutical, cannabis, and biotechnology industries. He has led and managed numerous teams of engineers and tradespeople through facility construction and renovation projects, facility startups and commission as well as system and process validation. He is an active problem solver with hands-on manufacturing acumen to resolve operational challenges, support continuous improvement, and deliver practical solutions in highly controlled environments. With his experience, Mark brings a strong understanding of quality systems, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to help create sustainable operational improvements that enable organizations to grow with confidence.

Tony Chan, B.Eng, brings over 25 years of experience in engineering and project management, including the past 10 years within the biopharmaceutical industry. He has led process engineering teams across the full project lifecycle, successfully delivering numerous formulation scale-ups through fill-finish and labeling and packaging systems, all while maintaining ongoing commercial manufacturing operations.
Tony has played a key role in business-critical decision-making as a member of the sterility assurance team, change control committee, and as the engineering SME/representative during site audits. With this depth of experience, he collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver client objectives with optimal timelines and operational efficiency.

Marc is a professional engineer with over 14 years of process engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an in-depth knowledge of aseptic processes such as formulation and filling. He has solid experience in project management, troubleshooting, non-conformance investigations, continuous process improvement and implementation of new technologies. Marc also has been engaged in writing numerous qualification protocols and in the development of technical documents including URS, qualification plans, and process flow diagrams. He has also given training, presentations, and mentorship to Junior Consultants. Marc is a member of ISPE and PDA, and remains up-to-date on current industry trends by attending webinars and conferences.

She is proficient in JMP, Minitab, SAP, Trackwise and PI System.

Boris brings over 18 years of experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries and has extensive knowledge in the latest best practices in CSA, agile SDLC, CI/CD and cloud deployments, as well as industry guidelines and regulations including ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, cGMP, and GAMP.
He was involved in over 100 clinical trials where he was a technical owner for a proprietary electronic data capture (EDC) system for the computerized system life cycle, with an emphasis on computer system validation and regulatory compliance.
